OUR PRIORITIES FOR THE 2026 BUDGET LAW:
♦ Stop rearmament and investments in public health, education, non-self-sufficiency, housing and social policies.
♦ Tax the super-rich and fight tax evasion. Stop flat taxation and tax amnesties. Give back to workers and pensioners the tax drain they have already paid and neutralise future tax drain.
♦ Renew national collective agreements in the public and private sectors, with tax relief on wage increases. Fight against precariousness and working poor. Introduce a minimum wage and introduce a law to regulate representativeness in the private sector.
♦ Full revaluation of pensions, extend the fourteenth month's salary to all workers and overcome the Fornero law on pensions. Introduce a pension guarantee for young people and precarious workers.
♦ Industrial policies to tackle relocations, create new jobs, and manage the energy, environmental, and technological transitions; promote a real development strategy for southern Italy.
♦ Protect health and safety at work; change the procurement system.
The path taken by the Italian government will worsen the living and working conditions of most people, affecting workers, pensioners, young people and women
